Already presented at the Innovation Awards, the new DPX-HS hydraulic directional valve, designed by Walvoil for Mini and Midi-excavator application, will be exhibited at Intermat in Paris.

Its innovative circuit combines Open Center and L. S. technology, in order to bring significant performance improvement and ease of use in a cost efficient and compact solution, in combination with a 2 pumps system (variable + fixed).

All common excavator solutions can be implemented on the valve.

The change of some of the functions from L. S. to Open Center brings to a general cost efficiency.

Machine productivity can get a positive boost by the DPX-HS circuit: the sum of two pumps results in fast and precise operations and in increased productivity.

The improved operability and comfort of the machine are the main advantages of the new DPX-HS valve. The slewing smoothness and independent control can drastically reduce the operator's fatigue, by better managing acceleration and deceleration phases.

With this news, Walvoil is present in Paris with an even more integrated range of products. The other news are: the new 2SPW – Cast Iron Gear Pumps by Galtech, particularly suitable for all applications where traditional aluminum pumps are used at the limit of their performance; the Fan Drive – Electrohydraulic Fan Drive System, a new range of vehicle cooling systems based on external gear motors always Galtech branded; the EX SERIES - Load-Sensing Flow-Sharing sectional valves by Hydrocontrol composed by four sizes and introducing interesting options of further increase of energy saving and high levels of efficiency and of stability; the new AJW-CJW Analog and CAN bus Joysticks that can be fitted with all Walvoil handles.
