Walvoil new logistic site soon in operation.

Walvoil is finally moving different departments to the new site in Bibbiano (Reggio Emilia, Italy), the symbol of Oleostar and Oleoplus merger in Walvoil SpA, formalized on 1st January 2009.

All mounting, test, painting and shipping departments, now splitted in different sites, will be put together in a surface of about 15.000 sq.mt. In this way Bibbiano centre becomes an important logistic and productive site.

The mechanical operations will remain in the historic sites of Walvoil and of the group. The new centre, realized as per the most modern systems and according to the constant research of environmental sustainability and aiming to an always better service to the customer, will host about 300 employees on a total of 724 now working in Reggio Emilia area.
This action, of a final value of more than 15 million Euro, confirms the intention of the company to continue investing in Reggio Emilia area and it witnesses for Walvoil internationalization means more efficiency and to being closer to the customers, not relocalization.
This site will sustain the increase of orders that is marking a significant trend reverseal. In fact Walvoil is forecasting an increase of turnover of about 40% compared to year 2009
