It started today, Monday, September 4, 2023, the Walvoil Academy path dedicated to 15 young, newly graduated technicians from the province of Reggio Emilia, who will be engaged in 88 hours of training with the aim of acquiring specific skills in the Fluid Power sector.
This training is preparatory to a job path in Walvoil, which the young people will have secured at the end of the experience.
The young technicians will delve into technical subjects and alternate moments in the laboratory, taught by Walvoil expert staff and external lecturers, in collaboration with CIS and Umana agencies.
The main skills they will develop focus on technical drawing, quality control, machining and maintenance, without neglecting their soft skills.
''Investing in training is crucial to the long-term success of our company. And with the Walvoil Academy, we want to offer young people an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, and help them develop the skills they need to face the first challenges of an increasingly dynamic and demanding job market'', says Fabio Marasi, Walvoil President and CEO.
To the young technicians who joined the company today, we wish constructive moments of learning, growth and sharing, which can positively influence their working careers.
And thanks to all Walvoil colleagues involved in this project, for the passion and dedication with which they try to pass on their knowledge.
