Nirathanka is a Bangalore-based not-for-profit organisation, founded by a team of young professional Social Workers, with the objective of extending Labour Law related services to industry.

The organisation has been conducting a “State-Level HR Kannada Conference” on an annual basis from 2017 with the following objectives:

1. To promote the usage of Kannada by Human Resource Professionals
2. To create HR Literature in Kannada
3. To create opportunities for young HR Professionals to be mentored by seniors
4. To recognize and felicitate HR Professionals, who have been contributing significantly for the profession.
5. To create awareness of sound HR practices in industry.

In the symposium on New Labour Codes held on 19th November, 2024, Mr. Ashwath N (our Deputy CEO) spoke about the impact of the new Codes on industry and discussed, along with other panel members Mr. V. Sandeep (Regional Labour Commissioner, Bangalore), Mr. K.N. Umesh (National Executive CITU), Mr. Dinesh A.U. (President, NIPM, Karnataka Chapter), and Mr. Prakash R.M. (HR Chief, Solize India Tech Pvt Ltd).

As part of the event, Mr. Sriram Patwari (our HR Head) was honoured as a fast-rising young HR professional.
