Walvoil's Digital Applications are software programmes specifically designed and developed to enhance comfort, efficiency, precision and safety in the mobile machinery sector: a solution tailored to the needs of agricultural and construction machinery operators, who often work in demanding conditions and require constant attention to ensure precise results for their own safety and that of any other people present on site.

The system is fully realised when, via the Digital Applications, other control systems are connected, such as sensors on the cylinders, LIDAR sensors and cameras dedicated to person detection.
This enables the implementation of weighing programmes, the setting of working limits and the securing of manoeuvring areas, as well as allowing the selection of an ‘ECO’ mode for the functions.
Digital Applications, as well as being compatible with Walvoil systems, function independently, as they enable users to:
• operationally connect the various components of a system
• define their parameters and operation
• link them together using specific automation functions: automatic movements such as self-levelling or repositioning of actuators.
Below are some of the features we will be presenting at EIMA 2026:
Margin Control, Torque/Power Control and Energy Recovery Management from the ALS system, Trajectory Definition and Bucket Shaking from the Operating Assistance System, Dynamic Virtual Wall from Digital to Safety and Machine Remote Diagnostic, part of the telemetry functions.
