The project involved the mechanical actuation of a hydraulic directional valve and was designed in collaboration with technical subject teachers and our technical experts, Alessandro Cervi and Matteo Gibellini.
This course was integrated into the school-work alternation project (PCTO - Pathway for Transversal Skills and Orientation), which is part of the students' study plan.

Through meetings at school and in the company, the students gained practical experience in the field, developing and expanding not only their technical skills but also their transversal skills, such as communication and collaboration, which are essential for their future careers.

The scholarships and the Walvoil for Education programme are part of the collaboration between the world of education and the world of work, to which Walvoil has always been committed.

The partnership between Walvoil and the Silvio D'Arzo Higher Education Institute in Montecchio Emilia aims to accompany students on a journey through which knowledge can be developed and transformed into real skills.

It was a pleasure to work with head teacher Elena Viale and the technical teaching staff.

Their helpfulness, expertise and focus on educational values represent a model of virtuous collaboration between school and business.
